NOTICE:  ALL NOTICES RELATED TO CURRENT AND UPCOMING SOLICITATIONS ARE POSTED ON WWW.DEMANDSTAR.COM. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA DEMANDSTAR EBIDDING.

Town of Southwest Ranches contracts services on an as-needed basis and pursuant to its adopted Procurement Code (ORD 2022-005). The Town advertises contract solicitations on Demand Star, Sun-Sentinel, and as may otherwise be required by law.

POTENTIAL VENDORS: The Town encourages Vendors to register online with www.Demand Star.com, you’ll automatically be notified when new solicitations are released. How to Register  Complete solicitation packages are posted on-line and may be downloaded. A copy of the complete solicitation may be requested via email to Procurement and collected at Town Hall. Depending upon the size of the package, there may be a charge for copies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sellers providing goods or services to the Town of Southwest Ranches (referred to as the “Town) acknowledge that by delivering such goods or services agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Should a formal contract be executed between the Town and the Seller (whether as a result of a formal bid or not), the terms and conditions defined in that contract shall prevail over those listed here in any case of conflict.
